Remote Learning Center
All the courses listed in our Training Course Catalog are also available via our Remote Learning Center. This is most effective when your location has either an ISDN network dialup facility or a high speed Internet connection.
A student may be located anywhere as long as this person has a phone and a Microsoft Windows PC that is connected to the network on which the IMA Desktop resides.
Each student signed up for the class is given a phone number and a password. Just before class starting time, each student dials the number and is linked into the conference. Our instructor then links all the participating PCs via a special software product that enables everyone to participate in an interactive audio and visual class session.
These classes are offered as required by our clients.
In addition, we also have audio-only conference sessions, as needed, to deal with various issues, problems or specific feature training topics.
This is a very exciting new facility and service we are further developing and expanding.
