IMA Desktop Tour Residential Data Management
In addition to the standard clinical and data features included in the IMA Desktop, many special features and modules have been developed specifically for implementing the IMA Desktop in Residential Treatment settings. Managing this unique workflow is intuitive and requires little effort with the IMA Desktop.
- Incidents Reporting and Notification Incidents can be recorded online by the staff at the residence. These events can be fully documented and automatic notification sent to a pre-defined list of recipients. Extensive reporting is also available for statistical and results analysis.
- Event Tracking and Client Movements Client movements can be tracked and monitored with event tracking. Automatic notification of key staff can also be defined by type of event. Full reporting and analysis are also included.
- Billing Models for Restorative Services and Per-Diem For programs that are Medicaid billable, the restorative services and per-diem billing models are fully supported. Both the census and client services received during the month can be tracked carefully and monitored.
- Entitlements A special module also tracks and records entitlements received for each client. The client's share of these monies can be separated, distributed and tracked. Reports for the management and distribution of these monies are included.
- OMH Reporting The OMH LS3-6 data can be reported electronically, and all other LS3 statistical reports are automatically and quickly produced by the system. The OMH bi-annual Patient Characteristics Survey can also be produced and submitted electronically.
- OASAS Reporting OASAS reports for admission, discharge and transfer can be produced and submitted electronically to OASAS. The Monthly PRU report can also be produced for submission on the required form.

Events that are reportable either to the State or for internal agency protocol can be recorded and tracked here. The system can be set up to notify supervisory personnel and maintain a record of each event in the client record for reporting, billing and follow up purposes.
