IMA Desktop Tour — OMH Data Management

Managing data and producing the required reports for the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is easy with the IMA Desktop. The OMH required demographic data are incorporated into the Client Intake and Termination screens. Information for types and units of service is entered only once and then used for the various reports to OMH, as well as for billing, internal management and quality assurance purposes.
  • LS3 Reports The LS3 monthly unit statistics report for outpatient clinics is produced for both caseload and service delivery. The LS3-6 monthly unit statistics report is additionally produced for residence caseload and service delivery. These reports are also available in magnetic form, ready for direct transmission to OMH.
  • CFR Data Reports All of the service-related data required for the CFR report are extracted automatically from the staff activity database and presented in a format for convenient entry into the CFR.
  • Patient Characteristics Survey (PCS) Report Data for the bi-annual Patient Characteristics Survey can be collected and tracked online and reported electronically to OMH. These PCS data elements can be incorporated into Intake or ongoing assessments to best meet your work design needs. A PCS data screen and paper report is also available for tracking these statistics.

Patient Characteristics Survey - IMA Mental Health-Linux Development

The bi-annual Patient Characteristics Survey, mandated by the Office of Mental Health has been added to the IMA Desktop as a premium module. This optional screen will collect and track all required OMH data for electronic submission.
