IMA Desktop Tour Finance and Billing
Whether funding for agency programs comes from fee-for-service, grants or a combination of these two methods, the IMA Desktop supplies a comprehensive set of functions to process and track billing and remittance. Functions include:
- Billing and Remittance Electronic billing submissions and reconciliation, coordination of benefits, cash collections, MUTS (EMEVS) authorizations and contractual allowances. These functions are handled for many types of services including outpatient, residential, day treatment and case management billing models.
- A/R Management Three-way client ledger, aged A/R schedules, sweeps to client and automatic write-offs
- Managed Care Authorized visits and visits remaining, authorized staff, calculation of fees and co-pays and contract cost analysis
- Finance Full G/L package, integration with billing, and income statements.

Compile and send bills electronically or on the required paper form to any third party payor for specified dates of service. Check groups of bills for errors before submission and perform complicated account functions with simple mouse clicks as the Desktop accesses and processes all of the information stored within the IMA System.

This premium module is available as a comprehensive maintenance tool for NYS Blended & Flexible Case Management programs. IMA has integrated the cumbersome State-mandated PC software into a user-friendly interface that tracks all services for clients using Case Management including their eligibility, the number and type of services and the ability to record progress notes.
