The Centralized Scheduler presents a macro view of the agency schedule and resources and allows access to all calendars of agency personnel for appointment coordination. Client appointments, groups, staff meetings and the like can be scheduled preventing double-booking and lapses.
The Front Desk Check-in allows for client check-in for appointments and the ability to receive cash, co-payments, etc. A check-in slip or receipt can be printed and a record of the transaction is created. Walk-in appointments can also be accepted from this window.
These tools serve a dual purpose. They provide a simple and useful method to perform repetitive, time-consuming and burdensome office tasks. Additionally, they capture important information on a real-time basis, as soon as it is received. This provides accurate and timely data, with a minimal amount of data entry.
