IMA Desktop Tour Homepage
The IMA Desktop presents each type of user with a specially configured homepage based on their role. Below is an example of a "Service Provider" Homepage.
The left of each homepage is the same for all users. It contains a "tree view" of the functions and menu options available - the same kind of "tree view" with which Windows users are familiar. The choices listed in this tree, however, vary by user according to their permissions. Clicking a topic allows the user to expand or contract additional permitted options.
The right side contains a To Do List and Bulletin Board for the individual user. The To Do list is ‘Hot linked’ directly to all of the user’s daily tasks and is updated as work is completed. It is also viewable by supervisory staff. The user can view specific client, billing or clinical information with either individual or summary information.

The individual’s mail, scheduled appointments and meetings for the day are presented along with a Bulletin Board for a personal list of items not covered by the IMA Desktop. "Pick up dry cleaning" is an example of an item appropriate for the Bulletin Board.
Within the "tree view" on the left side of the screen, each topic expands to present related options or information for access and retrieval. Every piece of information and statistic within the IMA Desktop is only a click away.
