Release v14 Service Pack 1 (v14.1)
Service Pack 1 for Version 14 has now been released. It contains many new enhancements as well as the accumulated fixes for all bugs reported since Version 14 was put into production. We suggest that all customers quickly schedule the installation of the service pack to make use of all it contains.
The following is a more detailed description of what is included:
New version to support new features that are included in the IMA Desktop
Numerous patches for issues that have come up with the release of Version 14
- Support was added for the new rate codes that will go into effect with the new regulations
- An optional module is available to easily transfer all clients from one program to another in anticipation of the need to do this at some agencies
- Support for Waiver Medicaid billing and Medicare Part A billing for Outpatient Rehab centers
- Support new regulations for IRA Supportive and Supervised billing
- New information on Remittance Reports
- New option to print client invoices for specific date ranges and to select only active or inactive clients at Client Statements
- Added logic in Billing Consolidation to determine the staff under which bill is created , giving preference first to staff with the most time spent and then to the staff that is licensed
- New screen layout for Medicare payment rates and support for three new staff types (Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy)
- Print button added to regular schedule screen
- New IMA Desktop and Legacy search for first free slot
- Add and Change Referral List and Client Collaterals while directly in the Client Registration screens
- Add spell check to Client Registration memos
- Allow instruments to be deleted
- New functional assessments and treatment plans
- Choice of printers when printing progress notes
- Optional support for new printing format in progress notes
- Fix "date drift" at end of month for treatment plan tracking and tickler reports
- New IMA Desktop screens to manage ticklers
- Enhancements to the Rolodex and better support for attachments
- New features and fields for integration with e-mail
- Add some new special fields and link between activity reports and CRMNAL and STSHIS databases
- Optional module to link scheduling system to an automatic phone dialer for purposes of schedule and no show reminders
- Additional model for electronic attendance that generates Billing based on the In and Out swipes at the door with a full battery of reports for tracking
- Add enhanced medical module features to IMA Desktop
- New optional module for tracking anonymous services
- New options in the IMA Desktop table maintenance
