v14 Release Notes

• Facilities Management: Many agencies that are customers of IMA have departments that manage facilities. A new module is being added to the IMA Desktop to automate these processes. This includes the ability to track inventory, create and approve purchase orders, and manage service calls.
• Executive Home Page: A special home page for executives that summarizes and displays agency wide performance and financial statistics.
• Treatment and Service Planning: We have embarked on a major re-design of Treatment and service planning within the IMA Desktop. Many new capabilities and features are being added.
• HIPAA electronic submissions: New billing formats to support HIPAA mandated formats for submission to third party payers.
• URS and MHRA reporting: Special reporting to regulatory agencies and grantees on statistical data from the IMA database.
• Passpoint interface: A new custom interface is being created to the Passpoint Substance Abuse Monitor. This "eye scan" machine is becoming widely accepted, and now the results of these scans can be automatically imported to the IMA system in real time.
• New billing formats: There are a number of modifications to existing billing formats and entirely new billing formats that we are working on:
  • Blended case management: A link to the new Blended case Management model and software package being distributed by OMH which will allow the services selected by the OMH package to be billed through IMA.
  • Medicaid Waiver billing
  • ACT Team billing
  • Case management planned discharge: we will be adding the ability to bill for a planned discharge in the case management discharge month even without the required amount of services.
• Rich text formatting in memo boxes
• Off line schedule and progress notes
• Post printing additions
• IMA Desktop modules for financial reporting and analysis
