v14 Release Notes

• Memory faults: A number of customers have been reporting frequent "memory faults" when using the staff calendar and some other programs. We have tracked down the cause of these and have implemented a fix. This fix needs to be implemented program by program. We have done it already in the staff calendar. If you experience this anywhere else please notify us and we will quickly add it anywhere else.
• Clinical documents: The ability to <ext> and <men> out of the memo box within progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans has been removed. There has been a lot of confusion about the proper way to "leave" a memo box. This will ensure that the memo really gets saved.
• Progress notes: A final confirmation message was added upon completion of a progress note. This will allow the user to go back and change the activity code and duration that was originally selected for the service.
• Progress notes: When linking a note to a Goal, Objective, or Method from the treatment plan, if the client has a plan on-line, the choice can now be limited to those items in the client's plan.
