IMA Desktop New Feature Highlights

In addition to the features added in Version 14 these six new features are also available.

1. Imaging Facility
Scan in documents and store the images on the system as part of the client record. Also, incoming faxes may be stored and linked to a client or to a staff member.

2. Client Picture ID Cards and Electronic Attendance
Using a digital camera attached to the intake workstation or free standing, the client’s picture can be captured and stored in the database. The picture can also be used for a bar-coded picture ID card. The bar-coded ID card is created in a related module. Another module can utilize the ID card for attendance tracking. The client can scan the card at the front desk for program attendance and in group rooms for service recording.

3. Pharmacy
A Pharmacy module is available that includes modules for prescription writing, medication administration including the recording and documenting of PRN injections. An electronic interface with a mail-order pharmacy is also being developed.

4. User-Customizable Screens
User customizable intake screens and face sheets for the A6 option. An agency may now request unique intake screens and associated hard copy face sheets for each program unit.

5. Archiving Facility
Automatically archive all billing, remittance, end-of-month and other reports containing the financial details affecting the general ledger. This will provide online all details needed for auditing purposes.

6. Additional Medicaid Billing Formats
Add support for case management billing through G31. Add support to full ICF tracking and billing through G31.
